Response Time

•  As we are currently a one-person operation on part time basis, we appreciate your kind patience for our slow response time. Listing of items, processing orders, responding to enquiries, and handling shipments take time, but we’ll try our best to provide you with the best service possible.
• If specific album not listed means we do not have on hand for sales for the time being.

Item Condition Grading

Cover 

• BN Brand New – 100% item still in sealed condition
• NM Near Mint – > 95% like new with no sign of wear and tear
• EX Excellent – > 90% slight signs of normal wear & tear e.g. slight crisps or aging marks
• VG Very Good – >80% obvious signs of normal usage or aging marks
• G Good – < 80% visible tear, marking or damage which normally be highlighted in remarks

Media

• BN Brand New – 100% item still in sealed condition so unable to comment
• NM Near Mint – > 95% like new with almost no scuffs, no aging marks
• EX Excellent – > 90% well kept with very minor scuffs or aging marks
• VG Very Good – > 80% some noticeable surface scratches, scuffs or ageing marks
• G Good – < 80% multiple scratches or scuffs which normally be highlighted in remarks

• The above merely act as a guiding description on how we grade the items as close as possible.
• We shall not be held liable for the difference between our judgements and the expectation of the buyers.
• We strongly encourage buyers to self collect and inspect the condition at the agreed locations stated in the shipping section.
• Kindly note that grading shall not cover the jewel casing as it can be easily replaced.

Pricing Criteria

• Scarcity – Rare or early pressed albums due to limited availability.
• Condition – Items of respective conditions will be priced accordingly.
• Cost – Cost of acquiring the items.
• Consignment – Price according to the consigners’ preferences.

Quantity

• Quantity on hand is generally one piece only, hence your order may not be fulfilled if there are more than one buyer for the same item. Offer shall be arranged on first come first serve basis per listed price.
• As we have limited quantity for each CD, once your order is confirmed via email or whatsapp, the item will be reserved for up to 3 working days for payment.
• If payment is not completed within the above time frame, item will be offered to the next buyer in the waiting list or released back for sales again.

Shipment

• Due to manpower constraints, we do not support overseas shipping at this moment.
• Mailing within Singapore shall follow the prevailing rate per SingPost website + packing materials, postage fees shall be advised upon confirmation of your order.
• Mailing will be done on every Saturday.
• Meet up can be arranged at postal code 310240 or Braddell MRT during weekdays.

• Cart – Add the item in the cart if it meets your purchase criteria
• Order – Place your order, stating your delivery preference and provide your email or watsapp number for subsequent order communication
• Confirmation – Wait for confirmation email or watsapp message with payment and delivery option
